Tenacre Country Day School is embarking on an exciting new chapter — creating a dedicated Director of Summer and Auxiliary Programs role to guide the growth and expansion of year-round offerings beyond the traditional school calendar. This is a rare opportunity for a creative, entrepreneurial, and operationally capable leader to design and steward a portfolio that includes summer programs, after-school and before-school programs, Saturday programs, and facility rentals.
Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Director will help shape Tenacre’s evolution into a vibrant, family-centered, year-round community. In doing so, they will also build deeper connections among students, families, and the broader Wellesley community, while generating mission-aligned, non-tuition revenue to support school priorities.
