VAC Enrichment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee multiple educational programs across designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in running after-school, summer, or auxiliary programs — particularly at independent schools. This leadership role involves strategic planning, program development, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and interviewing and retaining teaching staff. The Regional Director will serve as a key partner and point of contact for the over 100 schools VAC partners with to run student programs.
VAC Enrichment provides specialized enrichment programs where students create hands-on projects for real nonprofits, serving 40,000+ students across 400+ schools. This is an opportunity to shape the future of academic enrichment at scale while leading a talented, mission-driven team.
Location & Structure
This is a hybrid role. Day-to-day work is remote, but Regional Directors travel regularly throughout the Northeast corridor (Boston to Philadelphia and cities in between) to observe programs, support teaching staff, and build relationships with school partners.
Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
