The Director of Auxiliary Programs directs, supports, and implements diverse functions and programs to drive income for the School. The primary focus is the design, management, and coordination of Extended Day, enrichment, facility rentals, private music lessons, Summer smARTS, and employee child-care days. This role ensures all programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with the School’s Mission.

Education and Experience
Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
Certification: MSDE Director qualified (Required).
Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing childcare, summer, or auxiliary programs with increasing leadership responsibility.
Technical: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Word. CampBrain experience is highly preferred.
Harford Day School was established in 1957 and is the only PK3 to Grade 8 independent school in Harford County accredited by AIMS (Association of Independent Maryland/DC Schools) and a member of NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools).
We serve 330 students in grades PK3 through 8th grade. Our graduates matriculate to some of the best independent and magnet schools in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
