The Director of Auxiliary Programs directs, supports, and implements diverse functions and programs to drive income for the School. The primary focus is the design, management, and coordination of Extended Day, enrichment, facility rentals, private music lessons, Summer smARTS, and employee child-care days. This role ensures all programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with the School’s Mission.

Education and Experience

• Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Certification: MSDE Director qualified (Required).

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing childcare, summer, or auxiliary programs with increasing leadership responsibility.

• Technical: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Word. CampBrain experience is highly preferred.
