Support the Director in designing, implementing, and evaluating after-school programming serving students in grades Pre-K-5th. Support meet operations, ensuring athlete readiness, event transitions, timing, counting, and deck organization. Manage conflict as needed between swimmers. Provide ongoing technical feedback to improve swimmer performance and confidence. Manage interpersonal challenges and foster respectful, team-oriented behavior among athletes.
Designed and facilitated a 4-week art camp serving ~20 campers per session, with a focus on creativity, collaboration, and outdoor engagement.
