Turning Point School is seeking a full-time Auxiliary Teacher/Coordinator to play a dynamic, hands-on role in our After School Programs. This position partners closely with the Associate Director, blending student supervision for Grades K–8 with program coordination to create enriching, well-run experiences beyond the school day.

Provide Front Desk coverage during the school day and after school hours.
Support the Associate Director of After School + Summer Programs with administrative tasks and during after school dismissals.
Manage the SchoolPass calendar of after school activities including After School Programs, Athletics, Tutoring, etc.
Manage and maintain the snack cabinet.
Maintain after school supplies, locations, and storage areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Lead and/or support the care of students in Kindergarten through 8th grade in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
Prepare for and clean up after class activities and in shared learning spaces
Communicate and coordinate with Head Teachers regarding individual students as needed
Support the preparation of indoor and outdoor learning environments in line with our whole child instructional philosophy
Work with the instructional team to set behavioral expectations and help students stay accountable
Actively participate in faculty culture committed to being at the leading edge of Preschool through Grade 8 education
Perform other related duties as assigned

Base Salary: $24.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience, 10-month, non-exempt)

This is a full-time, 10-month position. Regular hours are 9:30 am - 6:00pm, with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities required.
The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods; using hands and arms for instructional activities; supervising students indoors and outdoors; and occasionally lifting classroom materials up to 25 pounds.
